Finishing part of the course "biography of an object", spring term 2021, HDK-Valand.
Individual project based on a group project aiming to analyse the life cycle of a face-mask. The remaining part of the course was spent on artistic figuration based on our experiences.
The oxygen mask is a life savior for many in need, particularly for those who suffered the worst from Covid 19. This series of illustrations portray how to us small and "insignificant" creatures are affected by our pollution. Plastic ended up in the sea is slowly grinded into microscopic pieces that cause a decrease in oxygen levels of marine life.
